Birds are amazing animals with their gorgeous plumage, beautiful songs, and the gift of flight. Florida is blessed with nearly 550 species of birds! Join CHEC and Michael Weisensee in exploring the outdoors in search of these feathered wonders.

About the event
During each 5-week course (Fall 2023, Winter 2024, & Spring 2024), the fundamentals of birding will be covered. Each course will begin with a classroom session at Cedar Point Environmental Park (from 10:00 am - 12 noon) and continue with field trip sessions (from 8:00 am - 10:30 am) in various locations.
