Since the era of the Calusa Kingdom, Charlotte Harbor has played an important role in the development of Southwest Florida. Join Charlotte County Historian Dr. Jennifer Zoebelein for an overview of Charlotte Harbor, the Gulf Coast's second-largest harbor that has been at the center of historical events, from fisheries to the Civil War to phosphate and today's desire for waterfront living in Florida.
