Cedar Point's Evergreen Saturdays!

Finding Inspiration in Nature

Introducing Evergreen Saturdays! Once per month from 9am to noon at Cedar Point Environmental Park, drop off your child(ren) for the chance to partake in outdoor activities and skill building as they learn how to navigate their surroundings, identify plants, animals, and marine life and take care of the environment. Event runs from February to May. 

 

For ages 6-10. Program Fee is $20 per child per day.

Dates & Themes

Survivor Day: February 18th 9:00am-12:00pm

Relay races and wilderness survival skills await you at this first installment of Evergreen Saturdays! 

 

Budding Naturalists: March 4th 9:00am-12:00pm 

Ever wondered about the plant and animal life in Florida? In this next round of Evergreen Saturdays, we'll be exploring the park doing lots of fun animal crafts along the way!

 

Garden Crafting: April 8th 9:00am-12:00pm

Creativity awaits!  Learn how a garden is planted and maintained and design and build garden crafts with friends!  

 

Aquatic Adventure:  May 13th 9:00am-12:00pm

If you like water, our very last Evergreen Saturday of the season is for you! We'll be taking a wading trip right here at the park to study the creatures that live on the shore! Water Science activities and coastal crafting will follow afterwards.
