And while nature left to itself is often passive, it can also be poisonous.”  This lecture will focus on flora, fauna, and Marian McAdow, the greening of Punta Gorda.  Also covered will be The Peace River, riverboats, the fishing industry and regulations, and tarpon fishing in Charlotte Harbor.  Sandy Moon from the Punta Gorda Historical Society presents.
